Respect, Fairness and Friendship

Is anyone else loving their MLK Day Holiday? I sure am!

So, when my class came back from Winter Break, they had apparently forgotten how to get along.  For the first few days there was so much bickering, arguing, tattle taleing and just plain meanness.  I could not take it!  I don't know what happened to my kiddos, but we needed a refresher about respect.  So, I decided to do a mini health unit about respect, self respect, fairness and friendship.  It has definitely made a difference.  We have read awesome picture books, watched videos about bullying and respect and role played situations.  I also created three activities to go along with the mini unit.
1.  Respect Comic Strip
2.  The Fairly Fabulous Game Show
3. Wanted: A True Friend Poster

It is up on my TpT store for free right now, but it won't be for long!  So grab your copy now.  This is a great refresher if you're class starts acting CRAZAYYYY like mine, or a beginning of the year activity.  It also fit right in with Martin Luther King, Jr. Day too!

Like always, leave me some love if you download!

Also, I am getting close to 100 followers and I have a giveaway planned when I reach it!  :)

  1. Great idea!! I think it will help get your kids back on the friendship track! :)

  2. Great job, Amber! I rated you on TpT :)

  3. The student chose not to learn so he failed. That is why it is seen by some as a punishment. When i won't to do homework for me, i hire writer xD

Leave some love!
