Back to the Real World and a Freebie!

Whoa! This is my 100th post!  Pretty cool, huh?

I am back from the beach and I am so tired.  I feel like I need a vacation from my mini vacay!

Here are a few more pictures from our weekend!

Ignore the mismatched clothes!

It was so chilly, but it was still a good time!

I am not going to lie. Have I done lesson plans? No. Have I graded papers? No.  Am I prepared for tomorrow? Not really.

It will be ok though.  Besides I only have my kiddos for 3 1/2 days! :)

On Friday, my substitute was supposed to introduce elapsed time. Eww.  So I am sure that is what I will be working on tomorrow.  Luckily I have some sweet elapsed time activities that I bought from Dana on Leap Day!

I also wanted to review some time conversions, so I created a nifty concentration game.  This game is a little different than regular concentration games. I wanted to make the game a little more interactive for the kiddos.  The students are going to have to solve the time conversion problem, then they can use the cards for a concentration game.

You can download it totally free at my TPT or TN Shop!  Please leave some feedback if your download!  :)

Hope you can use it with your kiddos!

I am going to try to catch up some some of my blog reading.  At least for as long as I can stay awake!

Have a great Monday!

  1. You're too funny! Love the pics! And thanks for the freebie!

  2. Thanks for the freebie. I too just did elapsed time with my kiddos. Elapsed time literally sucks the life out of a teacher. :)

I created an "I have Who Has?" game for elapsed time. It's in my TN Shop. :)
