The official start of Spring is Tuesday! It's kind of crazy, because we didn't have a winter here in North Carolina. Not that I'm complaining, I'll take warm weather over snow any day! It has been incredible here this week, high 70's and low 80's. Love it! I had to break out the flip flops and dresses minus the leggings! That brightness you see outside may not be the sun, in fact it may be my white legs.
I bought 2 cute dresses at Old Navy today (with my 17% off coupon).
It was actually long enough for my 5'8" self.
The checkout lady also informed that there was a dress sale starting next week. So this homegirl will be getting a price adjustment and probably will just buy some more dresses. :)
I also got a comfy skirt, a knit sweater to wear with the long dress and some new sandals!
I have gone to see two movies already this weekend. Me and Mark go to the movies way too much! We saw 21 Jump Street yesterday! So funny! Yes, I have watched some of the original too, so I can fully appreciate it. :) Today we saw Friends with Kids, Mark and I both have a secret love for Indie films. It didn't hurt that Don Draper was in it. It was one of the best Indie films I've seen in a long time.
Well, on to teachery things. Since I am so very psyched about spring, I decided to make some Spring activities to commemorate the special day.
I loved Mel's (Graphics by the Pond) spring graphics. They are so cute! I had to make something with them. So my "Spring Is Here" pack was born!
The pack includes:
1. Spring Time Making Words
2. "Hello Spring!" Reading Selection & Questions
3. Spring Verbs Fill in the Blank
4. Spring Patterns (addition, subtraction & multiplication rules)
5. Spring Is... Writing Paper (color and blank)
The best part about this pack....Totally Free!
Be sure to leave some feedback. I love all of your sweet comments. :)
While you are at my TN Shop, be sure to check out my sale ending tomorrow.
